NOVICE 1 UPDATE

The season got off to a great beginning on Tuesday night with our girls quickly getting the butterflies out of the way and easily handling the Whitby Tier 1 team. The team played smart softball with 0 errors and if I am not mistaken Kaylyn and Morgan combined on a no hitter with some excellent fielding help and were dominating.

We are practicing on Sunday in game uniforms as we will played an exhibition and shortened game against the Bantam Oak Ridges.

Tuesday we are in Whitby for the second game against their Tier 1 in the home and home series and will be looking for a little more from our bats.

Wednesday we are playing at home again against the Mississauga North Bantam Tier 2, game time is 8:00pm.

Thursday we will practice in preparation for the Whitby tournament. Look for the schedule soon.
