Wednesday, December 9th there will be a meeting with JU Coach Matt Kerwick about the recruitment process. I encourage all of you (not just seniors) to attend with your parents so that you can get vaulable information about the recruitment process from a Coach, instead of the internet.

Oct 24/09 - Documentation updates...

Most of you have turned in your documentation. If you have not, please make sure you provide me with copies of the following:
~Current Duval County Athletic Physical completed (can be found in main office)
~Copy of current insurance card
~Copy of birth certificate
~Completed FHSAA consent form

UPDATE:
~If you have documentation with another coach, you need to ask the coach for a copy of all documentation and give the copies to me.
~If you turned in a birth certificate last year, I am going to have the managers go through last year's documents to check for them. If I cannot find your old birth certificate, you will have to get another to me.
~Only a few of you have turned in the FHSAA consent form. I need this ASAP.

Oct 24/09 - Fall Lacrosse

Several of you have asked me about Fall Ball and I finally have the info. If you are interested in playing Fall Ball, follow the link below and register. Fall Ball is not mandatory.

Dates of games: 12/5, 12/12, 12/19, and 1/3

Oct 13/09 - Conditioning/practice

~Please remember that every player needs to bring his own water bottle to practice. I also advise that you drink water throughout the day and drink a sports drink AFTER practice.

~Remember to wear running shoes and proper attire. Gym clothes only...CLEAN gym clothes.

~Conditioning is every Monday and non-early dismissal Wednesdays.

~All players are encouraged to attend Duval Marauders practice on early dismissal Wednesdays & Saturdays.

~Please would like you to get your sticks ASAP, if not already. If you are unsure of the correct shaft length or head design, see Coach Brand. Coach wants you to have these so that you can get them properly strung. If you have any other equipment concerns please ask coach.
