| The Lynx started off what will no doubt will be a fun filled, exciting Fall season today with an informal workout and get together with their new trainer, Chris. Everyone is really excited and can't wait to get things started. Big week ahead: practice on Wednesday and Friday from 3:30pm - 5pm at the Basin, and our first tournament of the season, the Essex Fall Tune Up Tournament on Saturday and Sunday! |
