Being honest and showing integrity with players, referees, and fans is crucial. Football is all about handling adversity. You’ll have a million problems thrown at you at the same time, so don’t sweat it. The coach has to be the calm and collected mastermind. If you build trust and loyalty, your team will depend on you. Have a good mind state going into practice and you’ll win games.

You will be part of an ATTACKING defense designed to maximize DISRUPTION in the offense. You will develop the attitude as the TOUGHEST, MEANEST, SMARTEST, most DISCIPLINED and most OBSERVANT one of ELEVEN similar player on the field.
