1ST TRY-OUT OF 2010 IS FEBRUARY 6TH AT 1:00 P.M. AT NORTH CLAYTON MIDDLE SCHOOL. TRY-OUT FEE IS ONLY $25 (CASH ONLY) ALL NEW AND RETURNING PLAYERS SHOULD ATTEND AND BE PREPARED TO DO VARIOUS DRILLS.

TEAM DUES!

ALL players of the Knights Minor League Football Team must pay their team dues total of $150!
$75 of that total is due at the first try-out on February 6th for all VETERANS/RETURNING PLAYERS!
No exceptions!!
This will help with rental fees of GAME FIELD, field insurance, decals, etc.!!

UNIFORM MONEY DUE TBA!!

The Knights uniforms will cost $50 for green jersey with player's name on it, $50 for white jersey with player's name on it, and $30 for matching green spandex pants. Players get your own white pants or may order them for additional $30.

Welcome to the official web site of the Georgia Knights minor league professional football team. The Georgia Knights are proud to announce their 4th upcoming season with the United South Football League. Season will take place in the summer of 2010.The United South Football League, founded in 2004 is comprised of teams from Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. The Georgia Knights is an organization that believes in community involvement and providing a family friendly sports environment to their community.

The Knights volunteers, coaches, and players are made up of individuals located in Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties. This volunteer staff insures the integrity of our organization and allows our players to retain their NCAA eligibility.

The Knights Minor League Football Team will be holding its first try-out for 2010 on February 6th at 1:00 p.m. Location for try-outs/practice will be North Clayton Middle School. DON'T BE LATE!! If you want to play full contact, full pad football, this is the team for you!

All potential COACHES, CHEERLEADERS and PLAYERS are asked to attend and register. Must be 18 years of age or older. There is a $25 (cash only) try out fee due when trying out for the football team. Bring football cleats and running clothes to be timed in the forty yard dash and other drills. “WE TAKE FOOTBALL SERIOUSLY”, so if you are serious about playing, we want you! From the year 2000 to 2009 these players have been the heart and soul of the Georgia Knights organization: Michael Baldwin, Kevin Carlisle, Dee Thomas and Thomas Thigpen. This is the year that the Knights will make their run for the championship. All our missing pieces, players and coaches, are in place!

KNIGHTS WILL HOST COMMUNITY FUNDRAISER
The Georgia Knights will be participating in organizational fundraising events. These events will help the Knights fund their organization and the operational costs. We ask that the community come out to support our efforts. These events will also give everyone a opportunity to learn about minor league football, as well as the U.S.F.L. Knights fans will be able to meet the coaches and different staff members within the program and can ask any questions about Georgia Knights Football.

The Georgia Knights are currently looking for coaches and trainers for the 2010 season. We are seeking candidates that are interested in being a part of a professional team striving for success. Candidates must be able to attend practice hours and perform in high pressure situations.
