Good Season Guys!

Our season is over. Even though we didn't win many games it still was a fun season. We'll be meeting at Delran Pizza Hut on Saturday November 25th for the handing out of trophies. See you guys there!


Simply Funds Fundraiser/Contest!

Our favorite fundraiser, Simply Funds, has been setup for the fall season. Kids will be receiving their packet from their coaches shortly and this years contest will be one of the best we've had.

Turn in dates for orders will be Tuesday and Thursday, October 10th and 12th from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at the Weimann Building.

Pickup will be Sat Oct 21st at Weimann from 9 am - 10:30 am

- please be on time -

Contest:
Top seller gets $100.00 gift card and
2nd top seller gets $50.00 gift card to Toys"R"Us.

New This year....a "Gameboy Advance System" will be given out in a drawing with rules as follows:

-If a child sells 10 items their name will be entered in the drawing one time

-If a child sells 15 items their name will be entered in drawing twice

-If a child sells 20 or more items their name will be entered in three times - three will be the max.

We will hold the drawing at our November EPAA General Meeting (November 14th at 8:30 pm Weimann Field house)

- So Parents are Welcome/Encouraged to come out!!





EPAA Sweatshirts for Sale

The EPAA will be taking orders for hooded sweatshirts in the month of September.

Sweatshirts are priced at $20 each regardless of size.

Samples will be available at the Basketball Registration desk in various sizes. Actual Sweatshirts will have a darker black logo on the back and a similar smaller logo on the front chest.

Sweatshirts will be available in:

Child: Small, Medium, Large, and XL
Adult: Small, Medium, Large, XL, and XXL.

Place your order at the Basketball Registration desk to get your EPAA sweatshirt and help our organization! Orders will be taken through September with delivery by end of October.

Soccer coaches will handout order forms with the other fundraising paperwork.

Advanced payment is required for all orders. Sorry, No Exceptions.

Teams MUST arrive fifteen minutes before your scheduled time. The picture people are prompt and will stick to the schedule.

When your child arrives, please make sure they have their shirts tucked in and have their picture envelopes filled out (one form for each).
