Post Season Roster Announced:
Special congratulations to Jorgan Tennant, Gianfranco Terrazzano, Nick Ouellette, Brian Choi, Brady Veltin & Coach Nick Fletcher, who have been selected to be a part of the 2011 Fraser Valley Chiefs. They will take on District 5 in a best of 3 series starting Saturday July 9th in Whalley at 1:00. Coach Ray Jones has high hopes for this squad to win Provincials and make the trip cross country to compete in the National Championships in Cape Breton Nova Scotia to take back our national title and make the trip to South Carolina for the World Series.

  Pitching Rules 1-30 no rest required   If a pitcher in game 1 of a double header pitches 30 or less  
      31-45 1 day rest required he can pitch in the 2nd game of the double header but his pitch
      46-60 2 days rest required count is added from game 1 to game 3 to a maximum of 105  
      61-75 3 days rest required If a pitcher pitches 41 or more pitches he cannot play at the  
      76-105 4 days rest required position of catcher the rest of that day    
            A catcher can only pitch if he doesn't start into his 4th inning

Games Sunday April 10th CANCELLED:

 

Our double header scheduled or Sunday April 10th against Richmond Chuckers has been cancelled. We will be practicing at 3:00pm @ Blue Mountain.

Practice Times Announced:

 

Starting February 15th, we will be practicing 3 times a week in preparation for the upcoming season. Practice Schedule will be as follows:

Tuesday, 8:00 pm @ Blue Mountain
Thursday, 8:00 pm @ Blue Mountain
Sunday, 12:00 pm @ Blue Mountain

Come Prepared to be outside each day as if the weather cooperates we might be practicing on the field. If you cannot make it please let Jim or one of the other coaches know.

Also, as a new requirement this year, we are helping out with the evaluations down at Mackin. Each player is required to grab a clip board or fungo bat and help out with the evaluating process for the kids 12 and under. Evaluation dates can be found on the Coquitlam Little League Website
