Latest News May 26 2010 Season Openers Green & Gold and Scottish Draw First Blood     The opening matches of the 2010 AMSL season saw early favourites Edmonton Green & Gold and Edmonton Scottish emerge victorious.   Scottish held on for a 2-0 victory over a scrappy Edmonton Drillers squad, while G&G absolutely hammered Edmonton Victoria in what must be called an early season eye opener.  Victoria have not been stung like that in quite some time.  Are G&G that good, or was Victoria asleep at the wheel?   Stay tuned for more action...     MAY 29th UPDATE:  The Saturday action scheduled in Calgary was postponed due to rain and snow (and generally miserable weather).
