GATOR NATION UPDATE

The 2010 season is fast approaching and Alberts Gators bar in Columbia Heights make there debut in the Park National under new sponsorship. Previously under Wesley Homes, the Homies made a name for themselves over the past 6 seasons. Combining for 4 league titles with a 100-29 league record, 3 top 3 finishes in state, and taking home the state title in 2005, expectations are higher than ever for 2010.  The core group of veterans return along with the signing of 4 huge additions to the team: The 2010 schedule is almost complete as the Gators will be tested early and often filled with top notch competition starting May 2nd vs Dundas Dukes

RHP-Ben Fleetham - Dominant pitcher who helped Wesley Homes to there first state title in 2005

CF- Mike Merril - Speedy table setter moving over from the Lakers, perennial All- Star

1B- Brad Bornhorst- Power hitting 1B played previously for Tri-City

C/OF -Nic Standal-Versatile speedy position player who will help with Catching of OF duties
