SRVA TRYOUT POLICY

The SRVA junior try-out policy applies to ALL junior age divisions. The commitment dates for each state are as follows: Alabama 11/9/09; Tennessee 11/10/09; and Georgia 11/11/09. Although tryouts for younger players may occur before each state's high school championships [if allowed by that state's high school rules], the commitment date for ALL age division players are the above dates. Any deposit or tryout fee above $50 will be refunded at least through the above commitment dates [see Section II. C. 1 of the SRVA Handbook].
Each player should register with the SRVA PRIOR to attending any junior club tryout [see instructions under forms/registration]. Bring a copy of the completed and signed membership form to each tryout and give it to the appropriate club representative to prove you are registered. If the player or parent wishes, you may block out the registration ID on the form and give it only to the club you decide to join.
NOTE: Please DO NOT send junior membership registration fees to SRVA for junior tryouts; those payments should be given to the the junior club you join On or AFTER the commitment date, and the club will forward that payment to the SRVA.
