This year, on May 9th, I will be shaving my head to raise money for Kids with Cancer at BC Children's Hospital. If you would like to sponser me, your donation would be greatly appreciated.  I will send you a photo of my bald head when its done.

Update: April 13, 2009

Calling all pitchers & parents of pitchers! BC Minor Baseball is providing a season-long series of articles on preventing arm injuries to pitchers. Each Monday a new article is posted on their website. I encourage pitchers and their parents to check out these articles. I've provided a new "Articles" link on the left hand side of our site showing where you can find this series and will update it weekly. Hope you find it informative.
