Upcoming Games:

Mandarin High Soccer Tryouts start the week of October 17th.

Tryouts are from 5:30pm - 8pm on Oct 17, 18 & 19

 

What you need to BRING to the tryout (or to coach G before the tryouts):

 

1) Current sports physical (dont tell me it is in the office).  You have to have a copy of it at the tryout. 

2) Insurance verification form

3) Copy of birth certificate

4) FHSAA consent from liability form

5) Sportsmanship contract
