The Spartans are joining forces with the Georgia Falcons for the 2011 GDFL season! The combination of strengths of both the talented players and highly skilled coaching staffs will provide for a powerhouse of an organization as we chase the GDFL championship! Veterans and new players are to report to practice/try outs respectively at 10am on April 9th at 6400 Woodrow Rd, Lithonia GA 30038!

The Gwinnett Spartans are excited to announce Kevin D. Thompson has accepted the position of Head Coach. Born & raised in Newark NJ, Mr. Thompson graduated from Upsala College with a B.A. in Management. Mr. Thompson's athletic experience includes being a  a 2 year Division 3 player in football and baseball. He moved to Georgia in the mid 80’s and is a devoted husband, and father of 5 beautiful daughters. Mr. Thompson has been a Youth Football Head Coach, Basketball, Baseball and Softball coach for several years. This is his second year coaching Semi-Pro football. Mr. Thompson is a devout Christian and longtime member of Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Norcross. We are all very excited to have Kevin at the helm of this team.                                                           Welcome Coach Kevin!!
