Countdown to (Jan 1/11)

This year, our first in the open Division we finished fourth losing in the Bronze Medal Game. We were a young team with nothing but upside for the future. Two members of our team Nikki Boyd and Ella Matteucci  were selected for the Womens National Team of which we are very proud.

We lost 4-3 to Ontario in 9 innings to start followed by a 6-4 defeat to Alberta and a close 7-6 loss to gold medal winner Quebec. We then defeated Nova Scotia 12-7 as well as Ontario 2 19-1. This put us in the Bronze Medal game where we feel to the tough hitting Albertans 13-3. Coach Al and Randy were impressed with way the girls played and look foward to upcoming years ahead.
