🚭There will be NO SMOKING (any type) in beer garden, playground areas, diamonds and dugouts and spectator areas. The permit holder is subject to a $400 fine per offense under the revised City of Winnipeg Outdoor Smoking By-law and individuals will be fined $200 per offense. 🚭...
